My son has been attending Ready Set Grow since December at 2.5 years old. He attends full time with before and aftercare. Our experience has been wonderful. He is thriving there, has such a great time and learning new things everyday. His behavior and interactions with other kids has really improved dramatically. The staff is amazing, kind, patient and caring. Class sizes are small. The facility is very clean. Communication is great. We love the pictures and updates throughout the day and any additional questions are always answered very quickly. The outside yard area is also great and we really love that they try to have the kids outside playing as much as possible. I was so happy to find this daycare!! I toured a few and by far Ready Set Grow had the perfect balance for my family. My 3&1/2 yr old doesn’t nap anymore, and they have the flexibility to offer nap time to her age group if the kids need it but have activities planned for the full day. Huge plus, my daughter would have been bored crazy with 2 hrs of quiet time with dimmed lights. They have bilingual staff, this is perfect for any kids that are or will become bilingual (Spanish and English). I’m so glad I found them, the staff is amazing, the class rooms are big with natural lighting, the playground is large!! And if the weather is bad they have a gym for indoor activities. We recently started at Ready Set Grow, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. My son Braylen just began attending, and it’s been such a positive transition for him. The staff is warm, welcoming, and truly attentive to the children’s needs. What stands out the most is their excellent communication. They keep me informed and updated, which gives me peace of mind throughout the day. It’s clear they genuinely care about the kids and create a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow. A special thank you to the owner, Amanda Vaughan, who is truly the best. Her passion and dedication really show in everything they do. When we were searching for a preschool, we toured so many programs and none of them felt quite right until we found Ready Set Grow Academy. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the warmth and care that fill this place. The teachers greet our daughter with such genuine affection that she immediately feels comfortable, and she’s been excited to go to school every single day. She actually gets disappointed when the weekend comes and there’s no school! What really sets Ready Set Grow apart is how personal and thoughtful their approach is. The teachers truly know each child, their personality, interests, and what helps them feel confident and motivated. It’s never one-size-fits-all. They tailor their care and lessons to meet each child where they are, and you can see the difference it makes every day. The communication with families is wonderful too. We always know what’s happening in the classroom and how she’s growing, not just academically but socially and emotionally as well. Even just a third of the way through the year, we’ve seen so much progress. She’s learning, thriving, and becoming more confident every week. We’re so grateful to have found a program that feels this special. Ready set grow has been great at helping us prepare our child as he approaches kindergarten. Amanda and her faculty and staff understand how important these years are at shaping a child’s mind for the world. They are open for feedback, are transparent in their daily Updates on the Procare portal, make sure robust convos are had in the parent teacher conferences, and ensure all children are given time and attention to help them navigate the beginning of their educational years.
