At Ready Set Grow Academy, our team is made up of caring, experienced, and passionate educators who are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for every child. Our teachers focus on building strong connections with children while supporting their learning, creativity, and emotional growth. Ms. Amanda has worked in the early childhood field for 16 years, in both education and occupational therapy. Her favorite thing about early childhood education is the curiosity, eagerness, and excitement of toddlers and preschoolers when they achieve new things each and every day!
Ms. Emani has worked in early childhood education for nearly 7 years and has experience with all age groups. She currently holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Preschool and is working toward obtaining her CDA in Toddlers. In her free time, Ms. Emani enjoys spending time with her son, exploring new places, and trying different restaurants. She has a passion for working with children and finds joy in supporting their growth, helping them reach developmental milestones, and encouraging them to try new experiences!
Ms. Katie F. Has worked in early childhood education since 2007, in both New Jersey and Delaware. Her favorite parts of working with young children are reading to them, and watching their faces light up as they discover the world around them. When not at school, Miss Katie loves baseball, reading, and coffee.
Ms. Bri has five years of experience working in childcare. She is incredibly passionate about creating a nurturing environment, and watching the children grow and learn new things!
Ms. Lauren has been working with children since 2006. Her favorite thing about working with children is bonding and creating memories throughout the years. Getting to know each child and their family and seeing each child’s growth from the beginning of the year to the end are two of the best parts of the job!
Ms. Linda has been in the Early Childhood field for 25 years. She enjoys working with the children as they eagerly learn new things each day. She most enjoys helping the children learn and improve their socialization skills as they form new friendships within the school.
Ms. Araceli is starting her journey in early childhood education. She is always excited to create a warm and supportive environment for each child, discover their natural curiosity and share their joy. She loves to help children learn, grow and develop confidence and create meaningful connections. Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks with her daughters and her dog, Snoopy.
Ms. Alba has been working in education for 35 years. She has worked with children of all ages, from toddlers up to 8th grade. She takes great pride in being part of the process of shaping little minds and watching the children learn and grow. Ms. Alba prioritizes working together with each family to help the children grow up to be caring, smart, and kind members of our community.
Ms. Katie has worked in childcare for 10 years. She creates a safe and supportive space where children can learn, grow, and be themselves. Ms. Katie is known for being silly and bringing fun into everyday activities, while also helping children build confidence and independence. Ms. Katie loves seeing the moments when a child realizes “I did it!”. Outside of work, Ms. Katie enjoys going on adventures with her three kids. She is a big fan of coffee, to keep up with the fun and energy that each day brings!
