Failed Payment Policy

In the event that a payment transaction fails or is returned (such as due to insufficient funds), the following fees will apply: 3% of each failed/returned transaction; 3% of the new successful transaction. In the event of recurring returned/failed transactions, additional fees may apply.

Late Payment Policy

All tuition payments must be made by 11:59pm on the Friday before services are rendered. Failure to make a payment by Friday at 11:59pm will result in a $30 late fee. If payment is still not made by the following Tuesday, services will be suspended until payment is cleared by the finance manager. Repetitive late payments may result in dismissal from our program.

Tuition Policies

Deposit Policy

Upon enrolling your child, you will be responsible for the following costs: first week of tuition, and a deposit (equal to one week of tuition).  The deposit will cover your child’s last week of care at our center (before starting kindergarten or if unenrolled at any time).
